Job Description

Job Description:


  • Maintaining the billing system
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Performing account reconciliations with customers
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  • Prepare monthly ageing receivable reports
  • Perform daily cash collection from drivers and customers
  • Any other ad-hoc assigned by superior


Requirements:

  • Familiar with cloud based system DYNAMIC 365 will be advantages.
  • 5/6 days work week, PH rotation shift
  1. Tuesday to Saturday (Rest Sun & Mon)
  2. Monday to Friday (Rotate Saturday)
  3. Monday to Saturday
  • Working Timing: 9am - 6pm / 10am - 7pm
