Account Manager [IT Solutions Sales / Centre]

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and establish new customers through prospecting.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales quotas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Consultants, to create integrated IT solutions for both existing and new clients.
• Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure.
• Cultivate a robust network with decision-makers/key influencers in the customer and vendor communities.
• Build long-term, trustworthy, and collaborative relationships across all levels within customers' environments.
• Establish rapport and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
• Demonstrate adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit excellent active listening skills.
• Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in IT/Engineering or Business Administration.
• Ideally, have 1 to 2 years of experience in IT sales.
• Self-starter with energizing customer interaction.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Positive problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to change.
• Strong organizational skills.
