Responsibilities:
• Invoicing – Issue invoice, debit notes, credit notes, cash sales, delivery orders
• Processing incoming cheques
• Update AR aging report & prepare Statement of Accounts
• Prepare Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Bank Drafts, Letter of Credit (L/C) documents for remittance
• Prepare export L/C documents for bank negotiation
• Data entry of invoices and receipts
• Handling of Bank Reconciliation
• Process claims and petty cash documentations
• Calculate commission for salesperson
• Check and confirm incoming funds with various banks
