Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to oversee full-spectrum accounting and regional financial reporting for our operations, esp Sgt/Msia.

The role involves preparing monthly and annual financial statements, performing variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with statutory and tax requirements.

Key tasks include managing full sets of accounts, handling month-end/year-end closings, overseeing AP/AR functions, monitoring cash flow, and coordinating with auditors, tax agents, and banking partners.

The successful candidate will maintain strong internal controls and deliver accurate, timely reports to support management decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance (Preferably ACCA, CPA).

• Minimum >3 years’ experience in full-set accounting, preferably in a regional capacity.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia tax, GST, and accounting standards.

• Proficient in QuickBooks or similar systems, eg Xero..

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
