Accounts & Admin Executive

Founded in 1961, Sin Leong Lee Coffee is one of Singapore’s leading Nanyang coffee manufacturers, holding approximately 25% market share locally. Over the past decade, we have modernised our operations with close to SGD 8 million invested into automation and systems. As we expand both B2B and direct to consumer business channels, we are looking for a motivated Accounts & Admin Executive who wants to grow together with us. This role offers exposure beyond routine bookkeeping. You will gain hands on experience in manufacturing finance, compliance, operations support and international trade processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years of full set accounting experience

• Month end closing and preparation of financial statements

• Accounts payable and receivable management

• Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring

• GST, CPF and statutory submissions

• Audit preparation and liaison

• Import and export documentation exposure

• Work pass processing and compliance matters

• ISO and Halal documentation support

• Administrative coordination across departments

You will work closely with management and gain visibility into how a real manufacturing business operates.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognised university.

• Qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent will be an added advantage.

• Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with overseas associates

• Proficient in Retail Connect and Excel

• Detail oriented and organised

• Independent, responsible and willing to learn

• Positive attitude and growth mindsetFresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also apply.
