Accounts Assistant (Construction Sector – Admiralty / Sembawang)

Job Responsibilities:

• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and invoices based on project and QS inputs
• Manage accounts payable functions, including tracking outstanding bills and payment follow-up
• Handle petty cash claims and ensure proper supporting documentation for all transactions
• Maintain accurate records and assist with filing and administrative support for the accounting team
• Support ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned by the department

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting software; ability to read Mandarin is required for liaising with Chinese-speaking suppliers
