Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Handle payroll, CPF submissions, and statutory reporting
• Ensure timely submission of GST, CPF, and other statutory filings
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support payroll processing and HR-related finance tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
