ACMV Engineer

Job Descriptions

Enviroment: IFM

· Ensure daily AC thermal comfort remains within acceptable limits.

· Schedule and oversee maintenance activities for ACMV systems, tracking maintenance work and follow-up actions for systems such as chillers, air-conditioners, and fire protection systems.

· Make sure all maintenance tasks are executed according to the checklist and schedule.

· Enhance operational efficiency by innovating and implementing energy conservation improvements.

· Deliver excellent service to meet client expectations.

· Ensure maintenance programs and repair jobs are efficiently managed by a team of technical officers and technicians.

· Provide feasible solutions and coordinate with owners/users, consultants, vendors, and contractors to meet engineering functional requirements and achieve objectives.

· Conduct regular inspections of existing aircon systems to ensure maintenance programs are effectively implemented in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.

· Ensure all work is performed safely and by safety procedures.

· Perform any other tasks as required by the Facilities Manager.

· To support other work/project assignments by the Head of Project or Direct Superior.

· Oversee day-to-day operational matters and challenges.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma/BS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering with a minimum of 3-5 years in construction projects & Building maintenance/Operations/Engineering

· Able to guide and troubleshoot ACMV faults

· High Level interpersonal and leadership skills,

· Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills,

· Excellent organizational, project management, and problem solving skills,

· A proactive & positive person with a strong motivation to learn, self-starter, ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities,

· A good team player yet able to deliver independent assignments as required,

· High level of integrity, ownership and drive
