ACMV Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

1. Tender surveying (Via online portal/ newspaper), checking of documents and understanding of specifications.
2. Preparation of tender including bill of quantities (BQ), request quotation, technical data, cost planning and project documentation.
3. Submission of Quotation and Tender Documents.
4. Coordinate with Project Manager with regard to the progress of work thereby assessing sub-contractor and supplier progress payment.
5. Prepare monthly progress claim/variation order for submission.
6. Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Project Teams.
7. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Knowledge in drafting with AutoCAD software.
3. Familiar with ACMV /HVAC Systems.
4. Minimum with 3 years of local experience.
