Admin & Accounts Assistant

Job Description

• Responsible for full payable functions
• Handle supplier invoice entry & payment
• Handle staff claims
• Assist in document filing
• Adhoc job as assigned

Requirement

• Diploma in Finance or Accounting, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
• Entry level or experienced are welcome
• Good communication skills and well organised
• Be bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively work with customers, ability to converse in dialects will be an advantage
