Admin Assistant

About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our logistics, delivery coordination, and daily operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery Coordination:
  Prepare and verify delivery summaries (addresses, invoice counts, CN numbers).
  Ensure orders match daily schedules and comply with delivery guidelines.
  Arrange/redirect deliveries (Central Warehouse, ad-hoc orders, or unfulfilled drops).
  Resolve delivery issues with drivers and sales teams.
• Documentation & Logistics:
  Verify and count cash collections from drivers.
  Post invoices, submit shipping documents to LGT, and circulate to relevant teams.
  Monitor trucking/unloading updates and coordinate container damage reports.
  Issue purchase orders (POs) and track shipping updates (ETD/ETA).
• General Support:
  Handle stickering requests, POSM/empty carton arrangements, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role (FMCG experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail (e.g., invoice/delivery cross-checking).
• Familiarity with basic accounting or inventory systems is an advantage (cash handling, invoice posting).
• Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve under tight deadlines.
