Job Description

DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organizing and maintaining files, both physical and digital.
  • Updating record and reports.
  • Drive initiatives & continuous process improvements and achieve best practices.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of relevant task.
  • Preparing and distributing documents.
  • Handling general office duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
  • All other administrative task as assigned by supevisor/manager.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school or equivalent.
  • Experience in administrative support roles.
