Admin cum Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Support

• Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger postings in Xero

• Reconcile bank statements and petty-cash balances; investigate discrepancies promptly

• Support GST compilation and month-end closing activities

• Prepare vendor / supplier payment data, process invoices and receipts on schedule

Administrative Support

• Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance and vendor relationships

• Manage calls, e-mails and correspondence professionally

• Maintain systematic digital / hard-copy filing for finance and administration records

• Provide general clerical assistance and participate in ad-hoc projects with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Academic

Diploma or higher in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration (fresh graduates welcome – on-the-job training provided)

Experience

No prior experience required. Candidates with up to 2 years' accounting / admin exposure will be advantageous

Software

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office apps (pivot tables, basic formulas) – training on Xero will be provided

Regulatory

Awareness of Singapore GST rules is a plus

Employment Details

• Location: Singapore (Woodlands Industrial Park E5)

• Work type: Full-time, 5-day week

• Remuneration: Competitive salary & benefits, commensurate with qualifications and experience

• Start date: Immediate or by mutual agreement
