📍 Location: Harvest@Woodlands
🕘 Working Hours: 9am – 6pm ( Flexible )
🗓️ Working Days: 5 days per week
💰 Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,500

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries about our services through various platforms (calls, WhatsApp, online portal, etc.)
• Follow up closely with customers to close deals
• Follow up on outstanding payments and issue reminders when necessary
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, accurate, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
