Key Skills & Abilities We Need:
✅ Order & Logistics Coordination
- Process customer orders accurately (via portal, email, phone, etc.).
- Generate and manage delivery orders (DO), picking lists, and goods return notes (GRN).
- Book delivery schedules and coordinate with transporters (e.g., for NTUC, Amazon).
✅ Administrative Efficiency
- Prepare and distribute Statements of Accounts (SOA) to customers and sales teams.
- Maintain customer records (new accounts, updates, closures) in the system.
- Handle printing, scanning, and filing of purchase orders and barcode labels.
✅ Customer & Operational Support
- Respond to customer inquiries (calls, doorstep queries) and resolve complaints.
- Assist drivers with delivery issues and update stakeholders on stock availability.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to adjust invoices and manage out-of-stock updates.
✅ Tech & Data Proficiency
- Comfortable with Excel for reports, summaries, and basic data management.
- Ability to sync orders from sales devices and use digital platforms for bookings (e.g., loading bay reservations).
✅ Adaptability & Team Collaboration
- Willingness to support ad-hoc admin/operations tasks as needed.
- Communicate clearly with sales, warehouse, and customers via email/WhatsApp.
