Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee all site and corporate administration functions, ensuring smooth coordination between management, project teams, and regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of administrative, HR, and compliance operations across multiple project sites.
- Oversee MOM work pass applications, BCA CRS registration, ISO documentation, and bizSAFE/WSH compliance.
- Manage project correspondence, tender documentation, and progress claim tracking.
- Support senior management in corporate governance, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Establish and optimise SOPs for document control, procurement, and project administration.
- Coordinate liaisons with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and statutory boards.
- Handle licensing renewals (BCA, NEA, PUB, SCDF, URA) and ensure timely submission of compliance documents.
- Supervise and train administrative staff to maintain high operational standards and efficiency.
- Review and prepare monthly payroll summaries, project cost reports, and management dashboards.
- Manage digital documentation systems, ensuring confidentiality and traceability of corporate records.
- Ensure smooth communication flow between site and head office for manpower, material, and compliance matters.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of BCA CRS, MOM work-pass applications, and ACRA/IRAS procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with construction project documentation.
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
