What You’ll Do:

• Handle calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and vendors
• Manage schedules, meetings, and office supplies
• Keep records, files, and databases updated
• Support event operations and basic marketing tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of admin experience would be ideal (events background is a plus)
• Good communication skills & proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Organised, detail-oriented, and a team player
