Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm
Roles & Responsbility:
- Assist with general administrative works i.e. quotation, invoicing, replying of emails, responding to enquiries.
- Assist general manager with any administrative work that he/she requires
- Tallying business expenses with receipts & invoices
Skills Required:
- Proficient with computer skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Speaks & Writes well in English
- Motivated & Willing to Learn
- Good Teamplayer
