Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support
- Handle incoming calls and queries
- Maintain company's records, files and databases
- Manage office supplies and equipment including ordering of stationaries, pantry supplies and scheduling of air-con & pest-control servicing
- Perform fixed asset management, vendor management, contract management, insurance management and expiry monitoring
- Solicit, analyse and negotiate quotations from contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance works
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails and correspondences
- Manage petty cash and process expense reports
- Work closely with internal departments for smooth workflow and communication
- Prepare reports and perform follow-ups wherever necessary
- Assist in areas of HR as and when required
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
- 2 years of Admin Executive experience
- Strong computer, organizational skills with excellent attention to details
- People oriented with ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels
- Good analytical and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently
- Ability to multi-task and get things done in a timely manner
- Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times
