Job Title: Administrative and Sales Support Executive


Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative and Sales Support Executive. This role is essential in supporting the company’s sales operations, recruitment efforts, and camp/event administration. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.


Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare sales proposals and quotations in collaboration with the Sales Team.
  2. Compile and submit documents for proposal and quotation submissions.
  3. Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for new trainer recruitment.
  4. Maintain and monitor records of trainer certifications; ensure timely follow-up for renewals.
  5. Prepare manpower documentation for submission to clients.
  6. Manage job postings and support recruitment processes.
  7. Oversee administrative matters related to sales and camp operations.
  8. Provide general admin support for company activities, camps, and events.
  9. Attend to incoming calls and general office enquiries professionally.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and interview spaces.
  2. Support Next Factor (retail department) in packing and preparing goods for delivery.

Working Hours:

  • 5.5-Day Work Week
    Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Good interpersonal skills; enjoys working with people.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful.
  • Self-motivated and responsible, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
