• Perform data entry, documentation, coordination of workflow and other administrative duties • Replenishment of Office & Pantry supplies
• General Office Administration and Management
• Set-Up and Maintain an efficient filing system of internal, external and confidential documents
• Managing overall office environment and coordinates data from a variety of sources for inclusion in reports and presentations
• Maintain and update employee's personal files and ensure the confidentiality of all HR related documents
• Any other duties as and when assigned by management
