Curiox is looking for a curious and motivated individual to help bring lab protocols to life on our Pluto liquid handler. This role is perfect for fresh graduates eager to learn new technologies, work with global teams, and make an impact in a fast-moving biotech environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support Customer Assay Applications on Pluto Workstation

Leverage in-depth understanding of Curiox’s C-FREE Pluto liquid handling worksta ons to support workflow automation for customer assay applications.

• Translate customer protocols into error-free, script-ready worksheets within expected turnaround times.
• Collaborate with FAS (Field Application Scientists) for workflow validation and sign-off.
• Ensure compatibility and clarity of worksheets for CX (Customer Experience) scripting and R&D input.
• Maintain a tracker for workflow status, delivery timelines, and documentation.

2. Operation and Application of Pluto Workstations

• Gain deep familiarity with Curiox’s C-FREE Pluto liquid handling workstations, including system setup, workflow execution, and troubleshooting.
• Author and test protocols using the Pluto GUI, ensuring that workflows are correctly represented for automatiom.
• Understand a variety of assay applications on Pluto (e.g., flow cytometry sample prep), and apply this knowledge to opmize worksheet design and communication with CX (based in China) and R&D.
• Provide input into usability improvements, training resources, or best practices based on handson experience with Pluto.

3. Bioapplications Development & Technical Contributions

• Experimental Design & Execu on – Contribute to experimental planning, executionn, and opmization of bioapplica on workflows using Curiox’s platforms and technologies.
• Verifica on & Validation – Support verifica on and validation studies to evaluate the performance of instruments, protocols, and new applications.
• Data Analysis & Reporting – Perform statitical analysis of experimental data and generate clear, actionable reports that guide R&D decisions.
• Technical Documentation – Draft and maintain accurate technical documents including protocols, test plans, reports, and training materials.
• Technology Expertise – Develop in-depth knowledge of Curiox’s product portfolio, including its operational capabilities, application areas, and integration into customer workflows.
• Cross-Func onal Collaboration – Work with mul disciplinary teams to troubleshoot application challenges and contribute to customer-facing solutions.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

• Conduct regular syncs with assigned stakeholders for task alignment, QA, and expectations management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Language Proficiency

Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and wri en) to support cross-regional communication and technical documentation.

2. Education

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.

3. Technical Skills

• Familiarity with laboratory environments or biological sample prepara on workflows (e.g., flow cytometry, cell staining, or liquid handling automa on) is a plus.
• Strong analy cal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret experimental results and technical feedback.
• Eagerness to learn and apply Curiox’s Pluto technology and its assay applications, with full training provided.

4. Documenta on & Communication

• Strong written communication skills, especially in drafting technical SOPs, worksheets, and reports.
• Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all documenta on.

5. Collabora on & Project Management

• Able to work independently with guidance, while contributing effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Strong me management skills to track workflows and meet project melines.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, collabora ve environment across time zones and functions.

7. Travel Requirements

Willing and able to travel frequently (approximately 50%) to Curiox offices in Shanghai, the United States, and Europe for training, collaboration, and project execution.
