Job Description

  • ob Description
  1. Preparing, scheduling,coordinationg and monitoring the assigned BMS project
  2. Prepare all the layout drawing, shop drawing, as bult drawing for the BMS project
  3. Famillar in BACNET, MOBUS TCP,MODBUS MSTP protocal for BMS systemm
  4. Able to interface modbus devices such as power meter,water meter, Themostat,HMI,and much more for the BMS system
  5. On-site testing and commissioning of sensurs or meters
  6. BMS programming development, Graphical user interface (GUI) for the BMS
  7. Experience for onsite equipment trobleshooting
  8. Able to do termination for the DDC controller
  • Requirements
  1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation / Building Technology).
  2. Knowledge of SCADA (Niagara N4 or Mitsubishi MC Works) is preferred
  3. At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related fileld is required for this position
  4. Proficient in Microsoft office
  5. Rquired language: Chines,English (in order to communicate with the engish & chinese speaking counterparts
