Job Description & Requirements

• In-depth knowlodge in Ayurvedic field and Ayurvedic therapies and ayurvedic treatments with minimum bachelor degree.
• previous expirence managing an Ayurvedic clinic or hospital is an added advantage.At least 10 yrs of expirence as an Ayurvedic therapiest with proven track record in Ayurvedic therapy supervisory role.
• Perform specialized Ayurvedic therapies as needed demonstrating expertise and skill.
• Able to work an saturday &sundays and public holidays.
• Design and update the Ayurvedic therapy menu with variety of Ayurvedic treatments and packages.
• Responsible for the daily operating activities of the clinic
• Manage and allocate manpower resources to meet the clinic’s requirement
• Ensure overall cleanliness and the clinic and conformance to the Health & Safety regulations as required by authorities
• Responsible for inventory management
• Collate report every end of the month
• Manage appointments
• Oversee and appraise staff performance
• Train and develop staff
• Encourage effective teamwork
• Liaise with other Clinic Managers should the need arise
• Any other duties as and when assigned
