Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and fluent in both English and Mandarin to engage with a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (SMEs, beauty salons, F&B outlets, service providers, etc.)
• Pitch and sell social media marketing services (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)
• Build strong client relationships and maintain follow-ups
• Understand client needs and provide tailored marketing solutions
• Prepare sales proposals and quotations
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide feedback to the creative and content team to align campaigns with client expectations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles (preferably in digital marketing or media)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
• Good understanding of social media platforms like TikTok, Facebook & Instagram
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
