Job Description: Responsibilities

o Provide pre- and post-sales support on IP-PBX/CCTV/Door Access/Security Alarm solutions including networking systems

o Provide product support and perform system set-up & cabling installation for clients

o Work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of network and technical aspects

o Conduct onsite service support for clients

o Create or update client’s new or existing network details and diagram

o Perform other tasks/duties as assigned Requirements

o GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level, Higher Nitec/Nitec

o Relevant experience in IT/computer - network/system/database admin, IT/computer-software or equivalent

o Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, Power Point

o Knowledge on programming of application software will be preferred

o Able to perform installation for voice, data or surveillance solution

o Preferably bilingual

o Possess class 3 license
