Job Summary:
Support centre operations, liaise with parents, and coordinate classes in a fun robotics learning environment. Weekend work required.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for walk-ins, calls, and emails.
Handle student registration, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
Manage payments, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Liaise with parents to provide updates and handle enquiries.
Support centre events such as trial classes, open houses, and roadshows.
Maintain an organised, welcoming, and kid-friendly environment, including simple cleaning of the centre and organising robotics kits.
Assist trainers with lesson preparation and class logistics.
Prepare simple reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant admin or customer service experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents.
Enjoys working in a child-friendly, education-focused environment.
Must be available to work on weekends (off-days will fall on weekdays).
Prior experience in an enrichment/education centre is an advantage.
