Childcare Teacher (Trained & untrained)

(Location: Sembawang/ Canberra/ Yishun)

1) Trained teaching Position qualification: Advance Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)/ Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Teaching (DECCE-T) or Diploma in Preschool Teaching with at least 1 year of relevant working experiences in childcare context.

2) Untrained teaching Position qualification: Minimum 3 or 5 credits in ‘O’ Level with credit in English and aspire to be train as Pre-school teacher. (Fully Sponsored part-time EC Training course available subject to terms & condition).

· Preferred: Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Resident;

· 5 Days work, Monday to Friday.

· Independent, active learner, positive attitudes & committed to growth;

· Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;

· Very Passionate in teaching, caring and developing children (18months to 6 years);

· Strong Art, Mathematics and English teaching background with music/dance ability.

· Able to speak in Mandarin to communicate with parents who are Mandarin speaking only will be a plus.

Responsibilities: -

· Plan, deliver lessons and engage children meaningfully in accordance with the school's curriculum and programme

· Responsible for all aspects of classroom management;

· Carry out routine care duties and ensure safety of the children.

· Complete portfolio reports and teacher's evaluation for each child every semester

· Build positive relationships with the parents and liaise with parents during parents’ teacher meeting and other events

· Plan and Organize school activities and celebrations
