Job Description:

Registration of Patient’s Visit

Scheduling of Patient’s Appointment

Handling Payment Collection

Video Consult Facilitator/ Administrator

Administer Pre-Video Consult tasks including on-boarding of eligible patients and informing patients via SMS of zoom login details one day prior video consult appointment.

Facilitate the conduct of video consult including preparing patients and handling video consult application logistic, verification of details for medication delivery, scheduling of follow up appointments and etc

Attend to patient’s queries and help patient to navigate through our healthcare system.

Provide special assistance such as wheelchair and assist movement of patient on wheel chair in the clinic.

Provide assistance in the consult room.

Assist doctor in chaperoning the patients during medical examination and preparation of medical equipment for use.

Facilitate communication between the doctor and the patient, if required.

Job Requirements: Min NITEC/Diploma in any course
