CNC MACHINE PROGRAMMER /CNC MACHINE OPERATOR

Job Description:

• As a press brake operator, your job is to operate press brake machines to shape various types of metal, according to customer's drawings.
• Responsible for setting up, tool selection, operating of multi-axis CNC pressbrake/bending machine and input the programs as designed.
• Inspect blueprints for a project, set up your machine, perform regular maintenance, inspect metal while shaping it, and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain and manage machine as well as tooling cleanliness and in good physical shape
• Read tape measures and protractors, calipers, and other tools necessary to perform job
• Do other machine related tasks and other production jobs as and when required

Requirements:

· DIPLOMA or any related field or related experience

· Computer literate, and familiar , solidworks , AutoCad ,

· Knowledge in the operation of CNC pressbrake machines like Amada, Bystronic Machine is an advantage

.Must have at least 5 years experience .
