Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing of CNC Machined Components

• Position Title: CNC Turning Programmer

• Working Hours: Rotating12-hours shifts (8.30am – 8.30pm)

• Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Variable Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Create, test, and refine CNC turning programs to produce components that meet engineerin

g specifications and quality standards.

• Analyze technical drawings and blueprints for precision component production.

• Configure and calibrate CNC turning machines, including tool loading and parameter settings, to ensure accurate machining.

• Conduct tests and inspections to verify that machined components meet dimensional accuracy and quality standards.

• Address programming and machining issues to minimize downtime and enhance machine performance.

• Perform regular maintenance and adhere to safety protocols.

• Other necessary tasks as assigned.

• At least 2-3 years of CNC Turning experience.

• Familiar with CNC settings.

• Experience in Oil & Gas parts, especially in Acme Threads & Stacme Threads is an added advantage.
