Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

· Plan, manage, and supervise all aspects of projects from pre-implementation through completion.

· Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and other stakeholders.

· Oversee all activities including power distribution, lighting, control systems, switchgear, and low-voltage systems.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, client’s requirement and quality standards.

· Manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and labour resources effectively.

· Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical or scheduling issues promptly.

· Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

· Prepare and maintain project documentation including progress reports, change orders, daily logs, etc.

· Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with project teams and clients.

· Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other departments to achieve delivery goals and technical support.

· Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

· Any other relevant duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the electrical engineering industry.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

· Strong project management and supervision skills.

· Strong decision making and leadership skills.

· Time management and organisation skills.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Good MS Office skills.

· Min. Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering would be preferred. Other engineering qualifications may apply.

· Knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD and BIM would be useful.
