Job Description

  • Responsible for project management of assigned projects to deliver quality products and services on time within budget and with risk management in place.
  • Scheduling of projects documentation including preparation of site organization chart, site layout, programme chart.
  • Ability to deal effectively with all consultants, construction teams, and relevant authorities.
  • Good understanding of Authority submissions and approval.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities for seamless project progress.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in construction field.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned
