CONTRACT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Well verse in Building Contract & Build Conditions of Main Contract
• Overall manage the company’s contractual & legal matters.
• To analyze & prepare tender quotations including taking-off materials, subcontractors, outsourcing, budget costing, and contractual claims.
• Is responsible for overseeing progressive claims, variation orders, payment, budget & cost control and settlement of final account
• Handle & Liaise closely with Main Con QS / internal Sub Contractors on all contractual and commercial matters

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil / Building / Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
• Min 3 years of relevant experiences in the construction industry
• Well versed in Tender Quality Submission and Microsoft Project Software
