Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented temporary team member to support our operations and customer service team. This role is ideal for students, recent graduates, or individuals looking to gain hands-on exposure to the global commodities and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in updating and maintaining data on internal platforms
2. Support the team in reviewing and comparing Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
3. Organize and archive documentation including warehouse receipts and shipping records
4. Prepare summaries, reports, and data sheets as needed for operations tracking
5. Perform data entry and cross-checking for accuracy and compliance
6. Assist with general administrative and office support tasks
7. Provide support on ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
