Job Description

Assist the Head Cook in planning and executing daily meal production while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training on food preparation techniques and standards.
Monitor inventory levels, assisting in ordering and purchasing of ingredients to maintain stock.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to company standards, maintaining quality and consistency.
Assist in menu development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative cooking methods.
Foster a positive team environment by promoting collaboration and effective communication among kitchen staff.
