DELIVERY ASSISTANT

Working Days: Monday to Friday & Saturday
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to customers, suppliers, and other designated locations.
• Communicate courteously and professionally with customers upon delivery, representing the company professionally.
• Collect customer signatures and confirm receipt of goods when necessary.
• Ensure all items are handled with care during loading, unloading, and delivery to avoid damage or loss.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts, invoices, and delivery logs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Help with basic warehouse duties such as sorting, labeling, or packing when not on delivery runs.
• Assist with general warehouse duties or other tasks as needed.

License Required:

• Forklift Licence
