We're Hiring: Design Project Manager

đź’° Salary: $4,500/month (negotiable based on experience)
We are a well-established local curtain and wallcovering factory specializing in mid-to-high-end custom soft furnishings. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Design Project Manager to join our team. If you are responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced in design and project coordination, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their design needs and provide professional advice and matching solutions
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including site measurements, design planning, order processing, and installation follow-up
- Coordinate with the factory and installation team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Handle client feedback and continuously optimize project flow and customer experience
Requirements:
- Degree in Interior Design, Visual Design, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in soft furnishings or curtain industry is a plus
- Familiar with curtain fabrics, styles, and color matching
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Photoshop is a bonus
