We are a fast-growing specialty coffee brand (Encik Guan) passionate about blending traditional Nanyang Kopi with high tech & digital innovation. As we expand across TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee and social media platforms, we are looking for an energetic and creative team player to grow with us!

We are a coffee brand that believes great coffee and good vibes should go hand in hand. If you can manage Encik Guan-TikTok Shops with one hand and brew a coffee with the other, you might just be our next superstar!

Your Daily Brew (Job Scope):

• Take charge of our online stores on TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee

• Turn social media into our playground – TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, all yours to shine

• Create fun and engaging content that makes people crave coffee (and smile)

• Handle orders, customer questions, and make sure everyone gets their coffee fix

• Run simple campaigns, track numbers, and celebrate every win (big or small)

• Help with admin tasks – because even superheroes need to do paperwork sometimes

You might be our cup of kopi if you:

• Know what’s trending before it even trends

• Are creative, independent, and organized (with bonus cool points if you love coffee)

• Have experience managing online shops or social media (even for fun counts!)

• Can write and communicate in English and Chinese (our customers love both!)

• Are not afraid to get your hands busy and your ideas heard
