As a Product Manager, Procurement Digital Transformation, you will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of digital solutions—most notably Autonomous Sourcing—as part of Micron’s broader Procurement AI journey. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, procurement operations, and new technologies, with a focus on reducing manual effort, optimizing sourcing decisions, and driving measurable business value.
You will be responsible for incubating new insights, running proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, and scaling successful solutions into enterprise-grade products. Working closely with global partners, IT, suppliers, and solution providers, you will define product vision, shape roadmaps, and deliver seamless, scalable solutions. From conceptualisation to hypercare, you will own the product lifecycle and champion continuous improvement.

Manages people who are responsible for internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion. Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors the project from inception through delivery. May engage and oversee the work of external vendors. Assigns, directs and monitors system analysis and program staff. These positions' primary focus is project/program management, rather than the application of expertise in a specialized functional field of knowledge although they may have technical team members. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
