Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic executive to lead digital transformation initiatives and manage the overall IT needs of the organisation. This role will champion the adoption of emerging technologies tostreamline operations, enhance user experience, and drive organizational efficiency. In addition to transformation projects, the executive will oversee IT service delivery, system security, compliance, and technical support, ensuring robust infrastructure and smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in digitalization strategies, AI-driven process automation, IT service management, cloud administration, and compliance frameworks such as the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Cybersecurity requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1) Digital Transformation & Automation
· Lead Clarity’s digitalization goals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
· Drive automation and AI implementation projects to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
· Update and enhance the CRM system, adding new modules such as Volunteer Management, Donor Management, and Event Management.
· Work closely with the appointed vendor to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to specifications.
· Identify opportunities for process digitization and recommend innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.
· Develop and execute a digital roadmap, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
2) IT Service Management & Support
· Manage IT vendors for system performance monitoring and helpdesk support.
· Provide technical assistance and maintain optimal system/network performance.
· Establish and enforce IT best practices.
3) Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration
· Administer Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and Azure Active Directory.
· Maintain security policies and device management via Intune.
4) Cybersecurity& Compliance
· Act as Data Protection Officer to ensure PDPA compliance and cybersecurity best practices.
· Maintain Data Protection and Cyber Essentials certifications.
· Conduct security assessments and implement disaster recovery plans.
5) Salesforce Administration
· Manage Salesforce enhancement projects and integrations.
· Configure workflows and ensure accurate data reporting for stakeholders.
6) IT & Operational Project Management
· Lead IT and operational projects for system and process improvements.
· Define scope, manage risks, and oversee change management for technology adoption.
7) Asset & Vendor Management
· Manage IT onboarding/offboarding, device inventory, and secure disposal.
· Oversee software licenses and vendor performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· 3–5 years' experience in digital transformation, automation, and IT service management.
· Proven track record
· Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, software, and infrastructure.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, PDPA compliance, and risk management.
· Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft 365 integrations.
· Knowledge of automation tools, AI platforms, and digital media technologies.
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects efficiently
