Drafter

We are looking for a Drafter to join our team to convert design concepts into detailed technical plans.

Position Summary

• Provide support to the Joinery Coordinator in preparing shop drawings and material specifications using AutoCAD or SketchUp.

• Provide administrative support to the Production Team as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Renovation & Fit-out works.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work additional hours when required to meet project deadlines.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare shop drawings (CAD & SketchUp) for client approval within the stipulated timeline.

• Design and produce technical drawings for the Production Team based on rough sketches and specifications provided by engineers, architects, and interior designers.

• Attend coordination and technical meetings with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors when required.

• Coordinate with the Production Manager, Project Manager, Designer, and Supervisor on technical matters.

• Assist with project-related documentation, including progress reports, production forms, material schedules, material boards, and other related paperwork.
