Job Description
We are looking for a Drafter to join our team to convert design concepts into detailed technical plans.
Position Summary
Provide support to the Joinery Coordinator in preparing shop drawings and material specifications using AutoCAD or SketchUp.
Provide administrative support to the Production Team as required.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Renovation & Fit-out works.
Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work additional hours when required to meet project deadlines.
Key Accountabilities
Prepare shop drawings (CAD & SketchUp) for client approval within the stipulated timeline.
Design and produce technical drawings for the Production Team based on rough sketches and specifications provided by engineers, architects, and interior designers.
Attend coordination and technical meetings with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors when required.
Coordinate with the Production Manager, Project Manager, Designer, and Supervisor on technical matters.
Assist with project-related documentation, including progress reports, production forms, material schedules, material boards, and other related paperwork.
