E-Commerce Executive

Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior E-Commerce Executive to support our growing online sales channels. This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to learn and grow within the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing customer orders through One-cart and inputting them into our system (Oracle NetSuite).
• Respond to customer inquiries on platforms such as Shopee and Shopify to ensure timely support and maintain positive store ratings.
• Support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms to help drive sales.
• Help design basic layouts for product pages; familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a bonus.
• Update and maintain product listings across all online stores, including creating attractive cover photos and product visuals.
• Perform regular checks to ensure our platforms and website are working smoothly.
• Track basic performance metrics and assist in reporting insights from e-commerce data and KPIs.
• Coordinate with platform account managers and assist in maintaining good working relationships.
• Contribute creative ideas for promotions and campaigns, including social media initiatives like TikTok livestreams.
• Research competitors’ online activities to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support coordination between Finance and Sales teams to help align online orders with internal records.
• Occasionally assist walk-in customers who were referred from online channels.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Must have 1-2 years of experience with e-commerce platforms such as Tik Tok, RedMart, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and NTUC., and be fluent in English and Mandarin for customer support.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, ability to multitask, and self-discipline are essential
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Canva or ORACLE Netsuite is a plus.
