We are a listed company in Nasdaq and we are looking for the following role:
- Define the scope, goals, and deliverables of electrical projects.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resources, budgets, and milestones.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Review and approve electrical engineering plans and Specs.
- Execution & Project Oversight
- Lead the execution of electrical works in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Monitor progress against schedules and adjust as necessary.
- Oversee installation of electrical and low-voltage systems.
- Ensure proper coordination with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, etc.).
- Team Management - Manager and mentor managers, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Ensure workforce adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance - Ensure all electrical works comply with local codes and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of site work.
- Manage QA/QC processes, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Budgeting & Cost Control - Develop and manage project budgets specific to electrical scope.
- Monitor project costs and control expenditures to stay within budget.
- Approve invoices, change orders, and negotiate with vendors/subcontractors.
- Communication & Coordination - Act as the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare reports for senior management or clients.
- Address and resolve any conflicts, delays, or technical issues.
- Project Close-Out - Ensure proper documentation (as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties) is completed.
- Oversee final testing, commissioning, and client handover.
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for future projects.
