Position: IT Engineer/Web Developer

Reporting To: Facility Manager

Working Days: 5.5 Days

Job Summary:

As an IT Engineer at Sustenir, you will design, develop, and maintain IT and operational technology systems that drive business performance. The role includes leading ERP and VAN sales system integration, managing Microsoft 365 services and local servers, supporting hardware and software setup, troubleshooting IT issues, and collaborating with internal and remote teams to deliver seamless technology solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, integrate, and maintain IT and operational technology systems for the organization.
• Maintain and enhance existing organizational applications and systems.
• Lead collaboration between stakeholders and remote development teams to build ERP system
• Drive full readiness of our ERP integration and VAN sales handheld systems. Ensure seamless hardware deployment, van-to-store route optimization, and tech-enabled execution.
• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Maintain local servers and ensure stability, security, and performance and the company’s network infrastructure.
• Prepare and configure hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, etc.) and software for new hires, ensuring all necessary equipment is ready and operational on their first day and ensure proper software installations, including productivity tools (e.g., Office 365 apps, printer driver, etc.) and any role-specific applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues including CCTV, Wi-Fi, fingerprint systems, and printers.
• Manage procurement and tracking of IT assets and peripherals.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS: ECS, ECR, EC2, RDS, Route 53) and domain/DNS management.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Node.js, Python, and React.js.
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (GitHub, Git Actions, Jenkins).
• Experience with IoT technologies (e.g., PLC, Raspberry Pi, MQTT).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Good understanding of basic networking (Wi-Fi setup, CCTV configuration, etc.).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Preferred: Experience in IT support and proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables).
