ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze failed components to identify the root cause of failure
• Develop and apply repair procedures for mechanical or technical systems
• Create technical drawings and models using CAD tools
• Support technicians during disassembly, inspection, and reassembly
• Conduct testing to ensure remanufactured parts meet quality standards
• Help improve remanufacturing and repair processes
• Recommend and implement ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure work complies with relevant standards (e.g., MIL-SPEC)
• Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation
• Work with OEMs and suppliers to gather technical data and manage obsolete parts

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
• Experience in design, manufacturing, and/or repair engineering
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Able to work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Customer-focused, professional, and collaborative
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to change
• Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
