Job Description

This role is responsible for both operational support and project delivery for B2B integrations. On a day-to-day basis, the candidate will monitor and support live B2B interfaces, troubleshoot and resolve transactional issues, and ensure integrations are stable. In parallel, the candidate will lead customer integration initiatives with internal cross-functional teams and customer technical teams, driving requirements clarification, integration setup, testing coordination, and successful rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

Support, monitor, and manage B2B integrations using Boomi, ensuring stable operations and SLA compliance for live interfaces.
Troubleshoot and resolve B2B transactional/interface issues (data errors, mapping, connectivity, system exceptions), performing root-cause analysis and preventive actions
Drive end-to-end customer B2B integration projects with internal cross-functional teams and customer technical teams, from requirement clarification to implementation
Coordinate testing (SIT/UAT), cutover/go-live, and post-go-live stabilization to ensure smooth integration delivery.
Maintain clear documentation (integration flows/specs, runbooks, incident reports) and communicate status/updates to stakeholders.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in technical support, integration, or application development roles.
Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL (queries, procedures, troubleshooting).
Preferably (but not limited to) candidates with hands-on experience in Boomi
Ability to work collaboratively in a B2B environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience in the semiconductor industry or exposure to semiconductor business processes
Knowledge of B2B transaction standards (e.g., EDI, XML, API integration)
