Engineering & Design Manager

Job Responsibility

• In charge of detailed engineering design for water and wastewater equipment/systems to support oversea and local project execution, including but not limited to system/plant layout 3-D modeling, equipment GA, vessel design 3-D drawings for construction, skid design 3-D drawings for construction, pipe routing 3-D modeling, materials specification, technical datasheet etc.
• Materials and supplier sourcing locally with good quality and cost-effective approach and identify and qualify long-term partners, vendors and suppliers.
• Supervising local vendors and suppliers on equipment fabrication and quality control, conduct FAT to ensure the functionality of the system before dispatch.
• Technical support to process, sales and service team whenever necessary. Travel will be required from time to time if necessary to support either pre-sales or after-sales activities.
• Any other duties which you can support to bring value to company and team.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
• Preferred: At least 10 years’ Experience specifically in process design, cost estimation and detailed mechanical engineering of Water treatment plants involving Clarifiers, media filtration, UF, RO , CEDI for Power, semi-con / Pharma industries and Waste water treatment plants involving ASP, MBR, MBBR, SBR technologies. Significant level of exposure to site installation, commissioning and troubleshooting . Experience in managing interfacing engineering aspects especially interfacing of mechanical, Electrical/Instrumentation and civil. Working knowledge of Electrical / Instrumentation .
