Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm

Senoko (Transport provided at Sembawang, Yishun, Ang Mo Kio and Bishan MRT)

Salary: $2300 + 1 Month bonus for 1 year

Job Scope

• Prepare billing preparation
• Set up tenant account and arrange meter read for tenants' account
• Accuracy and timely bill issuance to customers
• Provide case support to customer service team
• Assist is system migration, User Acceptance Testing for billing system automation
• Identify process improvement and close the gaps
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Proficient in MS Excel
• No experience required as training provided
